
OVERVIEW
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
In order to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods cannot be returned. Personalised products, for example, cannot be returned.
Other items cannot be returned:

Some eyecare articles
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
Do not return your purchase until you have contacted us.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received your refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company: it may take some time before the refund is officially sent.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Only normal priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to replace the item with another of the same type, please email: atelier@wooclass.it

SHIPPING ON RETURNS
To return the product, you must send it to: Woo Class Atelier via dei Federighi 10 red 50123 Florence , Italy.
Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time for the exchanged item may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
